Job Description
- Support regional Production and Distribution Planning initiatives across Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia
- Lead enhancement and optimization of SAP PP, ERP, MRP, and IBP planning systems
- Drive planning process standardization and best practice rollout across manufacturing sites
- Establish and improve master data governance for planning operations
- Develop KPI frameworks to improve planning effectiveness and operational visibility
- Partner with cross-functional COE teams to strengthen supply chain risk management and corrective actions
- Participate in digital transformation and planning excellence initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of experience in production planning, inventory planning, or supply chain operations within manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP is required
- Experience with SAP IBP, Demand Planning, RCCP, or Order Based Planning is highly preferred
- Proven experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Experience working in multinational or regional environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence, standardize processes, and drive organizational change
- Fluent English communication capability
