About the Role
This is a regional role sitting at the heart of a well-established global medical aesthetics company's APAC digital team. You'll be the go-to person for digital performance measurement across the region - owning the frameworks, dashboards, and insights that help markets and leadership make smarter decisions.
This isn't a pure execution role. You'll be expected to think strategically about data, tell clear stories from complex numbers, and drive meaningful recommendations that actually move the needle across markets.
If you've ever felt like your insights sit in a deck and nobody acts on them - this is the opposite of that.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and continuously improve the regional digital performance measurement framework across paid media, social, SEM, SEO, and influencer marketing
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give clear visibility of campaign, channel, and website performance across APAC markets
Translate performance data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for regional and country stakeholders
Run social and media listening to track audience sentiment, emerging trends, and competitive benchmarks
Monitor campaign performance across markets, identify what's underperforming, and drive optimisation initiatives with agencies and country teams
Partner closely with markets to support capability building and best practices in performance measurement
Collaborate with Brand, Digital, Media, and agency partners to ensure insights are connected to execution
What We're Looking For
5 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance analytics and measurement
Hands-on experience across multiple digital channels - paid media
Familiarity with social management platforms like Sprinklr or Sprout Social
Comfortable building and managing performance dashboards
Experience presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders and translating data into business recommendations
Regional or multi-market experience, agency or in-house background both welcome
Strong communicator who can simplify complex data for non-digital audiences
