Job Description

We are looking for a full-time exceptional digital marketer to help us reach our shared vision of digital transformation in all aspects across the region. The Digital Marketing Manager at ASUS APAC will report to the Territory Marketing Director and be integral to the centralized digital marketing team, which provides direction for digital marketing strategy development, monitors execution, shares best practices, and delivers innovative marketing solutions to uplift brand position and drive business eventually.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in digital marketing and revenue-generating responsibilities. He or she will be comfortable managing multiple countries and programs to achieve ROI targets across different digital platforms. You should be an out-of-the-box thinker who is motivated by data and audience insights to support digital marketing plans that help drive both conversions and engagement on ASUS digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for the APAC Digital Marketing Team
  • Develop regional digital marketing strategy and go-to-market guidance
  • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team in the execution of key campaigns and day-to-day operations; develop APAC digital marketing talent pool
  • Grow omnichannel business opportunities at the territory level to optimize overall digital performance, including owned website, social media and e-commerce channels
  • Quarterly and annual country digital marketing plan and budget review
  • Be the go-to thought leader on new and emerging marketing channels

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing or related field
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Proven track record of delivering complex multinational project management or cooperation skills
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and tools, such as Google Analytic, Facebook Ads, Google Ads tools, etc.
