About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead the operation, implementation, and continuous optimization of our SAP FICO module.
In this role, you will serve as a Crucial role between IT and Finance, translating business and financial requirements into effective system solutions. You will also play a key role in ERP projects, system integration, internal controls, and process optimization to ensure SAP solutions effectively support business operations and management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP FICO module.
- Serve as the key liaison between IT and Finance, translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Lead the FICO workstream for ERP projects, collaborating with SAP, integration, data, reporting, and development teams.
- Ensure SAP FICO processes meet internal control, audit, financial closing, and data quality requirements.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure system stability, continuous improvement, and process standardization.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including experience as a Lead or primary owner of the FICO domain.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP FICO module, including configuration and business process integration.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation or large-scale SAP projects.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, and financial processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related business environments.
- Experience supporting multi-site, regional, or global SAP projects.
- Hands-on experience with cutover, data migration/conversion, go-live, and hypercare support.
