Job Responsibilities:
Promote banca products by telephone for the list of high-quality DBS customers and
provide professional financial consulting to achieve the company's performance goals.
Feedback the status and suggestions to the supervisor.
Response and handling of customer problems about banca business.
Familiar with the professional knowledge required for the work, computer operation
and understanding of the company's operating procedures and compliance with
company regulations.
Job Requirements:
Have more than 1 year experience in insurance telemarketing.
Hold license in Personal Insurance Clerk, Financial Market Common Sense and
Professional Ethics (within validity).
Good logical thinking, positive attitude and good resistance to pressure.
