Job Overview:
As an Account Sales Manager for ADLINK, your primary responsibility is promoting and selling products or services through various sales channels/ key accounts within the ANZ region. You will work closely with channel partners, such as distributors, resellers, and retailers, as well as direct-selling key customers to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the ANZ region, including identifying key decision-makers, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, identify new sales opportunities, and develop account strategies.
- Channel Partner Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong alliances with related eco-system channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers. Provide them with product information, training, and support to enable them to effectively sell the company's products or services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets within the ANZ region. Explore new opportunities in various vertical markets, generate leads, and close sales deals with related eco-system partners. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Product Promotion and Marketing: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for channel partners and end customers to promote the company's products or services. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales programs.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for channel partners/ key accounts to address inquiries, issues, and escalations. Coordinate with internal teams, such as customer service, technical support, and logistics, to resolve channel-related issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are achieved. Use sales tools and systems to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above degree in Electronic /Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5 years+ experience in Sales or BD of oversea industrial electrical products solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex industrial products and solutions.
- Excellent communication in both Chinese and English and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ANZ Market: Familiarity with the Australia and New Zealand markets, including an understanding of local business practices, cultural nuances, and customer preferences.
- Work cooperatively in a team, and also ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets.
