1. Responsible for the research and development of Douyin's social direction and related derivative products, and delivering user value 2. In-depth participation in business exploration, discussing with product managers, designers, data analysts and other functions to explore more possibilities for social networking 3. Good code structure, excellent design concepts, and continuous iteration and upgrade of engineering and business structures.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors are preferred 2. Fans and users of Douyin short videos and similar applications, aware of user experience and pursuing good interactive quality 3. Love Android and its related technical fields, and willing to continue to work in the field of mobile application development 4. Have good programming habits, standardized coding style, clear code structure, and strong readability 5. Proficient in Java, proficient in Android SDK, familiar with popular open source frameworks in the industry, and those with practical experience in Kotlin are preferred 6. Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, and good communication and teamwork skills.
