Android R&D Architect/Head (Basic Technology Direction) - CapCut

1. Responsible for mapping the technical solution control, team planning, and team management of the Android direction of CapCut's basic technology 2. Responsible for mapping the basic capability building of CapCut Android's architecture, performance, experience, compliance, research efficiency, etc., and technology empowers business 3. Responsible for the key and difficult technical tasks of the project, continuously optimizing products, improving product quality, and improving team R&D efficiency.

1. Have a solid language foundation in Java, Kotlin, and C++, be familiar with common architecture models, the Android Framework, and the mainstream technologies in the industry 2. Have in-depth experience accumulation in at least two of architecture, performance, experience, compliance, and research efficiency 3. Have strong technical curiosity, self-driving force, be result-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills 4. Applicants with management experience and App development experience are preferred. Applicants with experience in audio, video, and image-related product development are preferred.
