The Analytics Manager is responsible for independently managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the client's expectations. This role requires a developing understanding of marketing plans to help account teams implement effective measurement and testing strategies. The Manager will regularly engage with clients on task-specific issues, helping to build rapport and trust.

Skills and Experience
What you will do:
Analytics & Innovation
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Work with account teams to define key questions for evaluating campaign performance and use data to provide actionable insights.
  • Campaign Review & Insights: Contribute to the development of campaign reviews and help inform strategy with clear, insightful data.
  • Measurement Tools: Proficiency in primary measurement tools and begin to explore more advanced platforms to streamline basic processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Handle regular analytical challenges and have a deep understanding of data infrastructure. Work with the broader analytics team to adopt new methods and techniques.
Project & Team Leadership
  • Project Management: Independently manage all phases of smaller projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Team Communication: Act as a bridge between junior and senior team members, ensuring smooth communication and a culture of collaboration.
  • Mentorship & Development: Actively mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and understanding of company processes. Begin to guide junior members on their tasks.
Marketing Strategy, Measurement & Client Engagement
  • Marketing Strategy & Measurement: Develop an understanding of client marketing plans and objectives to support account teams in creating effective measurement and learning plans.
  • Campaign Development: Support the development of marketing campaigns by ensuring clear success objectives are defined.
  • Client & Partner Collaboration: Engage with clients on task-specific issues, and work with measurement partners and creative agencies to help execute campaigns successfully.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to solve regular problems independently, while knowing when to seek guidance for unique or complex challenges.
What you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college, or equivalent experience (preferably in a numerical field).
  • Experience working in a measurement, market research, or data-based role.
  • Experience guiding junior team members and managing your own time and tasks with decreasing supervision.
  • Exposure to measuring both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A good understanding of what data points can be collected in a digital campaign and how they should be analyzed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
