Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive sales support to the Consumer Banking team, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities and provide insights to the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and address their needs effectively
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales tools, processes, and documentation
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in using various software applications and digital tools to support sales activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for the banking industry
