Analyst Programmer (AI Focus)

• Develop and enable enterprise AI solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the organization

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and practical AI implementations

• Build, configure, and maintain AI agents and automations on approved enterprise AI platforms

• Define and apply standards, templates, and best practices for AI solution development

• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and governance functions to ensure responsible AI adoption

• Support AI pilots and proof‑of‑concepts and assess their readiness for wider deployment

• Provide guidance, training, and hands‑on support to staff using AI tools and solutions

• Monitor, refine, and optimize AI solutions to ensure performance, value, and alignment with organizational goals

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline

• Solid programming experience with modern languages and frameworks relevant to application development and automation

• Practical experience in system integration, APIs, data processing, or workflow automation

• Familiarity with AI platforms, low‑code/no‑code tools, or emerging AI technologies is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Good understanding of information security, data privacy, and enterprise IT governance principles

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn rapidly in a fast‑evolving technology domain
