Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales surveillance (callback/call monitoring/mystery shopper) to comply with internal/external policy and regulatory.
• To ensure the results are formally tracked and reported to manager.
• Monthly report preparation including regional and location.
• Handle inspection matters in relation to S&D including RCSA, SCSA, regulatory audit, local audit.
• Assisting supervisor or other teams with respect to suspicious transaction investigations, gathering financial intelligence.
• Conduct related regulations/policies training and prepare the materials.
• Ad hoc task support if necessary.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Overall understanding of banking products and sales.
• One above year experience in sales surveillance compliance and/or investigative related work is a plus.
• Background in operations, audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Good team player with strong communication skill and details-oriented personality.
• Be able to work under pressure.
