About Your Team
Fidelity International has been helping clients in Taiwan invest for the future and to live the lives they want to lead since 1986. Building on the successful distribution of offshore funds, FIL Taiwan established Fidelity Investment Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd in 2000 and launched its first onshore fund in 2001. As of 2025, the Taiwan investment management team oversees over US$3.5 billion in onshore funds and investment mandates across multiple investment strategies.
About Your Role
- Analyze and investigate performance attribution, transactions, positioning, and risk across 30+ Asia-managed multi-asset funds
- Support Head of Multi-Asset Investment Oversight, Asia in preparing pre-meeting materials and questions for quarterly fund reviews.
- Participate in quarterly fund review with portfolio managers and assist with follow-ups in collaboration with multi-asset investment leaders and other oversight teams.
- Help ensure smooth operation and consistency of investment processes and documentation across multi-asset team.
- Coordinate the maintenance, review, and governance of investment baskets used in multi-asset portfolios.
- Manage the schedule and sign-off process for monthly, quarterly, and annual basket reviews.
- Participate in quarter basket review and contribute to oversight and discussion of basket performance and implementation.
About You
- Over three years of experience in fund management industry
- Familiarity with fund-of-funds and/or multi-asset strategies.
- Strong logical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel, VBA, Python, SQL, and Bloomberg.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree.
