Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and comprehensive home advice to customers, covering areas such as home financing, property investment, and home-related services
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and financial situation to recommend suitable home solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., mortgage, wealth management) to deliver seamless and integrated customer experiences
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide accurate and timely advice
- Contribute to the development of new home-related products and services to meet evolving customer needs
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and proactively address their queries and concerns
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking, financial services, or real estate industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in the use of relevant financial and customer relationship management tools
