Responsibilities
Provide personalized home advice and solutions to customers, tailored to their specific needs and preferences
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer's financial situation, goals, and property requirements to recommend suitable home loan and mortgage products
Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and underwriting, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide accurate and timely information to customers
Actively participate in customer outreach activities, such as events and workshops, to promote the bank's home loan and mortgage solutions
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support the bank's compliance and reporting requirements
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to support customer interactions and data analysis
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business requirements
