To effectively support Taiwan Operations in organizing assignments and driving continuous improvements and people engagement.
Key Accountabilities
Operation officer to manage, coordinate and support the matters of the
- T&O Ops COO MC regular reporting & initial project
- Townhall/POP/Engagement relevant events arrangement and preparation
- Data management thru driving and/or task coordination
- Basic application and/or automation tool developing
Job Duties & responsibilites
1. Coordinate and deliver the Group Transformation agenda including Journey, Data, Future of work, innovation, and digitalization, etc.
2. Work with region and stakeholders to well manage the operational risk, and support the BU/SU for needs of the business and projects.
3. Stronger relationship in bank wide initial project and facilitate system enhancement & process improvement.
4. Support Budget task review and monitoring
5. Scorecard goal setting and tracking for T&O Ops COO & region ORM
6. Monthlyupdate to local & regional senior management team on Operations COO key performance highlights, budget case and projects.
7. Drive people agenda on enhancing staff engagement and employee journey via implementing T&O key initiatives - strategic Townhall.
