Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive client services and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional banking clients
- Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless client experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric strategies and initiatives
- Participate in the analysis of client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Provide administrative support and coordination as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
