Job Description:

• Support timely closure of action plans related to BCM governance, documentation quality, testing compliance, and training oversight
• Improve overall control effectiveness and management control awareness within BCM processes with ARO.

Preferred skills

• Strong knowledge of Business Continuity Management and operational-resilience principles.

• Detailed understanding of Business Impact Analyses, Business Continuity Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and business continuity risk assessments.

• Knowledge of BCM governance, testing, exercising, crisis-management, recovery-strategy, and control-effectiveness practices.

• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, remediation management, quality assurance, and audit-evidence requirements.

• Ability to interpret and apply internal BCM policies, operating guidelines, regulatory expectations, and audit observations.

• Strong project-management, coordination, documentation-review, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, training materials, guidance, and formal remediation documentation.

• Ability to work effectively with First Line and Second Line functions in a financial-services or regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five to seven years of relevant experience in Business Continuity Management, operational resilience, risk management, internal controls, audit remediation, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading remediation programs and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment is preferred.

• Experience reviewing BCM documentation, supporting testing or crisis-management exercises, and preparing management reporting.

Responsibilities

• BCM Program Coordination & Stakeholder Support
  • Act as a central point of coordination across Asia Regional Office teams for Business Continuity Management & Crisis Management policy and regulatory requirements
  • Support implementation and embedding of a comprehensive BCM program across Asia Regional Office
• BCM Documentation Review & Remediation
  • Lead remediation of BCM related documentation gaps for ARO
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure completeness, consistency, and alignment with Business Continuity Management & Crisis Management policy and regulatory requirements
• BCM Testing & Compliance
  • Ensure BCM testing is conducted in line with policy and regulatory requirements
• Training & Awareness
  • Design and implement a structured BCM training framework including guidance materials
  • Develop mechanisms to report non-adherence on training requirements
• Monitoring & Reporting of Remediation Progress
  • Track remediation progress against defined action plans and deadlines
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for senior management
  • Support preparation of closure evidence and documentation
