Analyst / Associate - Energy & Real Asset Asia **

SUMMARY
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Real Estate Asia ex. Japan and other team members in real estate financing opportunities via working on transaction-related work, preparing credit applications, performing portfolio reviews, and drafting marketing materials, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis/ modelling and other associated work (such as KYC, etc.) to facilitate transaction pitching, assessment and execution
• Perform industry research, draft marketing materials, and prepare financing proposals to prospective clients
• Work on credit applications, annual reviews, and portfolio reviews, etc.
• Work closely with team members on various tasks in relation to business origination
• Contribute to team reporting for both internal and external purposes

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant discipline from a top university

2-5 years work experience, preferably within the professional/ financial industry

• Multi-tasking ability to work within a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
• A team player and self-starter with good problem-solving skills

• Proficient Excel financial modelling and financial analysis skills
• Preferably with interest and knowledge in the real estate industry
