We are seeking a dynamic engineer to develop ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification and production of SoC devices specializing in the testing of High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP.
Description
Collaborate with design, DFT and product teams to define IP test strategies
Develop and document ATE IP Test Plans
Design and debug ATE HW and SW for Production, Characterization and Reliability testing
Leverage automated CI/CD SW pipelines to generate ATE Test Programs
Coordinate ATE development activities across internal and external teams
Deploy IP test solutions with particular emphasis on quality, efficiency and cost
