Analog Design Manager_Regulator

Responsibilities

1. Supervise design activities for RD team.

2. Lead IC design engineers for product development.

3. Cross-function communication for project development.

4. Manage and control risk in product development. Run projects and documentations according to company guideline.

Qualifications

1. Understand product development cycle from system definitions, analog circuits and IC block design, to layout supervision, verifications, and testing.

2. Successful track record of design Power IC products, from concept/definition/spec. to mass production.

3. Good understanding of product manufacturability and reliability constraints.

4. Deep understanding of BCD process, design flow, and chip integration.

5. Understand Power IC including Buck/Boost/Buck-Boost/LDO converters.

6. Good communication skill with members/customers/staffs.
