The Role

Responsvel por executar atividades relacionadas aos servios do Data Center, com foco em tarefas de baixa complexidade.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Executar atividades operacionais conforme procedimentos estabelecidos

• Acompanhar, em tempo integral, atividades realizadas por terceiros nos ambientes de TI do Data Center e salas tcnicas, incluindo tarefas de TI ou no, que exigem poucos detalhes tcnicos

• Relatar todas as atividades executadas ou acompanhadas

• Detectar e reportar desvios na execuo das atividades

• Auxiliar no planejamento e controle do fluxo de requisies de servio e demandas operacionais

• Realizar rondas, vistorias e inventrios nos ambientes do Data Center, salas tcnicas e estoque

• Apoiar na documentao de procedimentos, processos, dashboards, controles e apresentaes relacionados operao.

Requisitos Tcnicos e Profissionais Necessrios:

• Curso tcnico completo ou superior em andamento

• Conhecimentos bsicos em TI e microinformtica

• Habilidade bsica de leitura em ingls

• Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em Mogi Mirim ou So Paulo

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos e em escalas semanais

• Ingls bsico.

Desejvel:

• Superior em andamento ou completo

• Ingls intermedirio.
