AML Algorithm Researcher - Search Advertising and Promotion Large Model

1. AML is responsible for providing ByteDance with large-scale machine learning computing power, and the algorithm team is responsible for exploring the application of large models in search and promotion, such as 7Billion/13Billion complex models, long sequence end-to-end graph modeling, generative, multi-modal Cotrain, etc. 2. Participate in the application and optimization of deep learning algorithms in Douyin, including recommendations, advertising, multi-modality and other areas that require a lot of computing power 3. Work closely with the engineering team to explore new algorithms under new architectures.

1. Master programming skills such as C/C++/Python 2. Familiar with deep learning algorithms (Transformer/CNN/RNN/LSTM/large-scale Sparse&Dense models for recommended advertising, etc.) 3. Highly motivated, willing to accept challenges, and full of ideas 4. Have the ability to solve problems independently, and have good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
