Responsibilities
Team introduction: Data AML is ByteDance's machine learning platform, which provides recommendation/advertising/CV/voice/NLP training and inference systems for Douyin/Toutiao/Xigua Video and other businesses. Provide powerful machine learning computing power to the company's business departments, and research some general and innovative algorithms on these business issues. At the same time, some core capabilities of machine learning/recommendation systems are also provided to external enterprise customers through the Volcano Engine. 1. Explore the in-depth integration of recommendation algorithms, large language models, and multi-modal understanding. The main research directions include: LLM4Rec, cross-device and cross-scenario Foundation Model, models with hundreds of billions of parameter scale, and multi-modal large models 2. Participate in the application and optimization of deep learning algorithms in Douyin, including recommendations, advertising, multi-modal and other scenarios that require a large amount of computing power 3. Work closely with the engineering team to explore innovative algorithms under the new architecture.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, artificial intelligence and other related majors 2. Priority will be given to those who have led projects or papers with great influence in the field of recommended advertising or large models 3. Solid machine learning, NLP foundation and excellent exploration ability, priority will be given to those who have published papers at conferences such as ACL/NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/CVPR 4. Highly motivated, willing to accept challenges, have the ability to solve problems independently, and have good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
