Role Description

We are seeking an Amazon Associate for our Taipei location in an on-site, full-time capacity. The Amazon Associate will handle incoming shipments, manage inventory tasks like unloading, sorting, and packing, and support the efficient fulfillment of orders. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with team members to ensure timely and seamless execution of workflows and providing excellent customer-focused support when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Packing, Unloading, and Sorting to efficiently manage inventory and order fulfillment
• Skills in Customer Service to assist with queries and provide excellent support
• Forklift Operation or similar equipment ability is highly beneficial
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or warehouse management is a plus
