Who Are We Looking For

• Experience in airport handling aspect
• Preferably with knowledge in PSS, Integrated Passenger Handling and Basic Reservation and Ticketing

What's The Role All About

• To assist the Station Head in overseeing the ground handling activities in all operational areas including passenger, baggage, ramp, and load control.
• Oversees passenger, baggage and ramp handling at the station to ensure strict compliance of operational procedures, airport regulations as well as safety and service standards set by PAL, Airport authorities and all other government agencies
• Monitors and assists the Station Head in the operational and day to day activities in Passenger Handling, Baggage Handling and Ramp Handling.
• Assists VIPs, VIPs and CIs and those passengers needing special handling
