Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
- Data Collection and Analysis: Partner with the shop team to collect and analyze shop floor data (e.g., escalations, gate TAT) to uncover trends, address inefficiencies, and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with CTP to enhance workflows, minimize waste, and improve cycle times.
- Problem solving: Support CTP in diagnosing and resolving shop floor issues effectively.
- Mitigation Support: Assist CTP in executing escalation mitigation trials for special procedures.
- Documentation: Work alongside CTP to identify opportunities for creating localized work instructions and checklists to streamline processes.
- LI Data Management: Collect, follow up, and coordinate shop resources.
- Pre-Induction Support: Review induction EWT WS, draft or complete forms, and input material data.
- Track Case Trends: Analyze and categorize case data and compile actionable items.
