Key Responsibilities:
1. Air Freight Operations Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee import/export air freight operations (customs clearance, airwaybill issuance, flight booking, documentation, etc.)
- Coordinate flight scheduling, cargo warehousing, and trucking arrangements
- Ensure on-time shipment delivery and full compliance with international air transport regulations (IATA, local authority requirements)
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts and actively developing new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, freight rates, warehousing fees, and credit terms with airlines, ground handlers, and service providers
- Design and propose customized logistics solutions for importers/exporters (temperature-controlled cargo, dangerous goods, project cargo, etc.)
3. Pricing & Profitability Management
- Prepare quotations and controlling cost structures
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop air freight pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Analyze operational costs, identify and enhance overall department profitability
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 58 years of solid experience in international air freight forwarding/operations (import & export)
- In-depth knowledge of air cargo operations, IATA regulations, and dangerous goods handling
- Strong communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English
- Familiar with major freight forwarding systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
