A leading global logistics company is seeking an experienced Air Cargo Load Planning Manager to join its growing team and support specialised air cargo operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate full and partial charter shipments for oversized and specialised capital equipment
- Prepare aircraft loading plans and liaise with airlines for approval
- Plan ULD requirements and cargo configurations based on aircraft loading specifications
- Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure accurate cargo build-up and loading execution
- Optimise aircraft payload to maximise yield and minimise operational costs
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to manage shipment changes and ensure timely uplift
- Provide technical guidance and training on aircraft load planning and ULD build-up
- Resolve complex cargo loading challenges and drive continuous process improvements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience inair cargo load planning, charter operations or project logistics
- Experience handling oversized, project or capital equipment shipments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of aircraft load planning and ULD planning
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
