Description and Requirements
The Job
- Oversee all technical aspects of project and solution delivery, managing both local and remote team members to ensure successful outcomes.
- Configure and implement AIOps solutions, e.g. BMC Helix and ServiceNow, including integration with industry-standard components such as SSO and LDAP.
- Design and develop cutting-edge proof-of-concept applications, driving adoption of emerging technologies beyond AIOps solutions.
- Define and guide the overall application design for both front-end and back-end components in alignment with solution architecture.
- Demonstrate leadership in collaborating with third-party vendors and client IT teams, showcasing the LPS's best practices and industry-leading capabilities.
- Coach team members on implementation methodologies, configuration techniques, and best practices for AIOps solutions and general application development.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements, identify use cases, and establish value-driven acceptance criteria.
- Drive enhancements to implementation methodologies and service offerings based on lessons learned and engagement feedback.
The Person
- Higher Diploma or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Proven technical expertise in web technologies with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating both technical and business concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales campaigns for commercial and enterprise clients.
- BMC Helix, ServiceNow and/or ITIL certifications are highly desirable.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
