Responsibilities
1. Design and build a quality assurance system based on AIGC technology, integrating innovative methods such as automated testing and artificial intelligence-assisted testing to improve testing efficiency and comprehensiveness 2. Analyze existing testing processes and architecture, identify bottlenecks and room for improvement, and use AIGC technology to optimize the testing process and improve quality levels 3. Research and evaluate the latest AIGC testing tools and frameworks, formulate introduction plans and guide implementation, and continuously enhance the advancement of quality architecture 4. Collaborate closely with R&D, product and other related teams to implement AIGC testing practices throughout the entire software development life cycle to ensure that quality requirements are consistent with business goals 5. Establish a quality measurement and reporting mechanism, continuously monitor and analyze test data, and provide a basis for optimizing the quality architecture.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in quality architecture, automated testing, performance testing and other fields is preferred 2. Have in-depth understanding and practical experience of AIGC technology, such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc. 3. Proficient in testing processes, methods and tools, familiar with quality management systems and related standards, and have systematic thinking ability 4. Excellent ability to analyze and solve complex problems, able to quickly respond to changes and challenges good communication, coordination and team management skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-department teams 5. Have a sense of continuous learning and innovation, and have the courage to try new technologies and methods 6. Solid programming foundation, familiar with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, etc.
