Everise is a global AI-powered company operating across the US, LATAM, and Asia — serving some of the world's most recognized brands in healthcare, insurance, and financial services. We're not running pilots. We're operationalizing AI across a real, complex, fast-moving enterprise. And we need someone who can help us do that better.

This role sits directly with senior leadership. You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll help build one.

What You'll Actually Do

No two weeks look the same.

• Research, test, and deploy emerging AI tools, platforms, and agents against real business problems — not just proof-of-concepts
• Build workflows, automations, and prototypes that actually get used by real people across a global organization
• Identify where we're doing something manually that shouldn't be manual — and fix it
• Translate what's technically possible into what's strategically valuable, and communicate that to senior leaders clearly
• Help drive AI adoption across business units: operations, HR, client services, finance
• Stay ahead of the AI curve — not by reading about it, but by using it — and bring the best of it back to Everise
• Take on special projects that don't fit in a department but have the potential to change how we operate

Who You Are

• You use AI every day — not as a novelty, but as a core part of how you think and work
• You've built something with AI that made people say wait, how did you do that
• You ask why are we doing it this way constantly — and then go fix it
• You thrive in ambiguity; a vague brief is a creative invitation, not a blocker
• You move fast, communicate clearly, and ship things that are actually polished
• You can sit in a room with a C-suite executive and contribute ideas — not just take notes
• You treat limitations as engineering problems, not stopping points
• You don't wait for permission to make things better

What You Bring

• Demonstrated, hands-on fluency with AI tools — you may show us a portfolio, a GitHub, a build, or a workflow.
• Command of generative AI platforms and a genuine understanding of how to deploy them in a business context
• The ability to make technical concepts land with non-technical audiences — clarity is a skill we value highly
• Comfort working across functions and time zones; Everise operates globally
• Bonus: Python, no-code/low-code platforms, or API-level tool integration experience
• Singapore-based and available for a 1-year contract
