Job Description

Role Description

Design end-to-end AI system architectures that integrate machine learning, data pipelines, and enterprise applications
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions
Define technical architecture for AI/ML systems including data flow, model deployment, APIs, and infrastructure
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, MLOps engineers, and software architects to deliver AI solutions
Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, cost-efficient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Design integration of AI models (including LLMs, generative AI, and predictive models) into business systems
Establish guidelines for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management
Optimize performance, latency, and infrastructure usage for AI workloads
Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI principles are embedded in system design
Support proof-of-concept (POC) development and transition to production systems
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across AI initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
7–15+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, ML engineering, or solution architecture roles
Strong expertise in AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and generative AI
Experience designing distributed systems, cloud architectures, and microservices-based solutions
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.)
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, feature stores)
Strong programming background (Python, Java, or similar)
Experience with data architecture (data lakes, warehouses, streaming systems)
Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and enterprise application architecture
Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in AI systems
Excellent problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
