about the job

• In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI theory and practical engineering, turning advanced concepts into functional, high-impact tools.
• Translate your deep academic understanding of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows into functional, real-world tools.
• Continuously scan the AI horizon to test emerging models, frameworks, and patterns, deciding what integrates into our core engineering toolkit.
• Embrace ambiguity by failing fast, pivoting quickly, and continuously refining the intelligent capabilities of our ecosystem.

skills and experience required
Master's degree in AI, open with 1-2 years of hands-on experience. Strong grasp of AI tooling (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT API integrations) and know how to weave them into traditional codebases cleanly.
