Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision & Strategy:
(1) Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered solutions tailored to Security, eCommerce, HR, and legal systems.
(2) Identify opportunities to utilize AI for enhancing physical security, customer experiences, optimizing HR workflows, and streamlining legal processes.
(3) Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational objectives.
(4) Ensure that all AI-powered products are designed with security-by-design principles and adhere to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
(1) Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and launch scalable AI products.
(2) Partner closely with domain experts in Security, eCommerce, HR, and legal teams to ensure solutions address specific challenges and deliver tangible benefits.
3. Requirement Gathering & Translation:
(1) Gather and analyze user needs and business requirements, translating them into clear product specifications and technical requirements.
(2) Ensure AI-driven solutions effectively address key pain points, such as improving personalization in Security, eCommerce, automating HR tasks, and enhancing legal compliance.
4. Product Development Lifecycle:
(1) Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, including ideation, development, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
(2) Drive timely delivery, ensuring products meet quality standards and achieve desired outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally involving AI-related or technology-driven projects.
3. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business systems.
4. Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet evolving business needs.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
6. Experience or familiarity with one or more domains Security, Commerce, HR, Finance, and Legal processis a significant advantage.
