Key Responsibilities
Business Process Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the auto-finance lifecycle, including customer acquisition, application processing, approval workflows, servicing and collections
- Design and implement AI-powered agents and automation solutions to streamline business operations
- Reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time and enhance customer experience through workflow optimization
AI Agent Deployment
- Build and deploy practical AI agents using existing AI models, APIs and automation platforms
- Leverage AI technologies to support customer interactions, information collection, qualification, approval assistance and collections processes
- Continuously monitor and improve agent performance and business impact
Product & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business, product and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into scalable solutions
- Drive implementation from concept to deployment, ensuring measurable business outcomes
- Coordinate across multiple overseas markets and local stakeholders
Market Localization
- Adapt AI-driven workflows and customer engagement solutions for different international markets
- Support multilingual customer journeys and localized operational requirements
- Optimize AI-enabled communication across messaging and digital channels
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in Product, Solutions, Automation, Business Transformation, Operations Excellence, Fintech or related fields
- Proven track record of improving business processes through automation, workflow optimization or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and customer journeys
- Ability to work across business and technical teams to drive execution
Preferred
- Experience deploying AI agents, workflow automation tools or conversational AI solutions
- Experience in fintech, lending, marketplaces, SaaS or transaction-based businesses
- Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, N8N, Langflow, Dify, Flowise or similar platforms
- Experience operating across Southeast Asia or international markets
