Responsibilities
- Lead user growth strategy and execution for AI products (App / MCP / AI tools) across Taiwan, Japan, and Korea
- Own growth metrics including downloads, activation, retention, and conversion
- Build and optimize the full growth funnel (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Conversion)
- Drive App Store / Google Play optimization (ASO)
- Expand and manage growth channels including TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, KOLs, and online communities
- Continuously optimize CAC, ROI, and growth efficiency through data analysis and experimentation
- Work closely with Product, Content, and Engineering teams to launch growth experiments and product growth features
- Stay ahead of AI, Web3, and global growth trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience growing mobile apps with strong understanding of downloads, activation, retention, and engagement metrics
- Familiar with the Taiwan market; experience or understanding of Japan and Korea markets is a strong plus
- Familiar with global traffic ecosystems including TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord
- Interest or experience in AI, Web3, or Crypto products
- Strong analytical mindset and experimentation capability
- English proficiency for daily work communication
