My client is a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce and logistics platform that enables customers to shop globally and consolidate shipments for efficient international delivery. The company operates across multiple markets and leverages technology and data to optimise logistics, enhance customer experience, and scale its global footprint.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and algorithmic models into scalable, production-grade AI solutions
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust AI models and systems
- Monitor system performance, optimise efficiency, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure high availability
- Ensure stability, scalability, and security of AI systems in production environments
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI projects
- Produce clear technical documentation, including system architecture, APIs, and operational guidelines
- Contribute to technical decision-making and promote best practices in AI engineering
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year working on Python-based AI projects
- Strong proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Hands-on experience with at least one LLM framework and major LLM APIs
- Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms is preferred
- Solid understanding of version control, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience deploying AI applications into production environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Flask) is a plus
- Experience handling large datasets and working with SQL databases
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills and a proactive learning mindset
