Job Responsible:
- Lead the Application Engineering team and drive AI platform development.
- Design enterprise AI solutions, including AI Agents, Knowledge Management, and Intelligent Analytics.
- Establish AI-first software engineering practices with AI Coding, CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing.
- Build enterprise architecture, API frameworks, and system integration across ERP, SCM, PLM, Workflow, and Data Warehouse.
- Modernize legacy applications and mentor engineers in AI and modern software development.
Qualification:
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Experience building Enterprise AI Platforms or AI-powered applications.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
