What you'll be doing:

BuildanddeployAIagenttoolsthathelpengineeringteamsacceleratesoftwaredevelopment.
Continuously oversee the latest AI agent, LLM, and auto-coding technologies, and apply them to improve tool capabilities.
OptimizeAI-assistedcodingworkflowstoimproveusability,codequality,reliability,anddevelopmentefficiency.
Workcloselywithengineerstounderstandreal-worlddevelopmentproblemsandturnfeedbackintopracticaltoolimprovements.
Analyze,debug,andresolvesophisticatedtoolchainissuestoensureasmoothdeveloperexperience.
Create guidelines, documentation, and guidance to support successful adoption across engineering teams.

What we need to see:

MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in AI agents, LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, or AI workflow automation.
Practical experience building AI-powered applications, coding assistants, automation tools, or developer productivity solutions.
Solid understanding of software development workflows, including coding, debugging, testing, version control, code review, and CI/CD.
Ability to continuously supervise the latest AI agent and LLM technologies, evaluate their practical value, and apply them to improve tool usability, reliability, and output quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand engineering problems and deliver effective AI-based solutions.

Strong programming skills in Tcl/C++/Python, with the ability to design, implement, debug, and maintain high-quality tools.
