Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer interface for AGS service, spares, and upgrade programs across multiple nonTSMC accounts in the TRA region.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to support customer production goals, tool availability, and operational performance.
  • Identify business opportunities and prepare proposals for spare parts, service contracts, upgrades, and productivity improvement programs.
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, service scope, quotation reviews, and contract negotiation.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure supply readiness, resource allocation, and ontime execution of service commitments.
  • Present AGS capabilities, costofownership improvements, and product roadmaps to customers gather feedback for internal alignment.
  • Manage order bookings, invoicing, billing cycles, and account receivables to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer meetings, action items, project status, and business progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, service, sales, or account management.
  • Understanding of semiconductor fab operations and equipment service models (spares, services, upgrades) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional and customer teams.
  • Proficiency in English for communication and presentations.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approx. 20%).
