Role Overview
The Agreement & Billing Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting deal operations, contract administration, and billing processes. This role ensures accurate documentation, seamless coordination across teams, and timely execution of billing and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Operations & Sales Support
- Support deal pipeline review and tracking from a sales operations perspective
- Assist in preparing, validating, and maintaining deal-related documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of agreements and supporting records
- Coordinate with sales teams to facilitate smooth deal execution
2. Billing Operations
- Manage and support local invoicing processes in alignment with internal policies
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation and submission
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies
3. Contract & Agreement Support
- Provide administrative support for contract lifecycle management
- Maintain proper documentation and records for agreements and amendments
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
4. Compliance & Tax Support
- Assist in stamp duty tax filing and related documentation
- Ensure adherence to local statutory and compliance requirements
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a coordination point between DCA, Sellers, Operations, and other internal teams
- Support communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure efficient execution
- Escalate risks, delays, or issues in a timely manner
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, billing, contracts, or sales support roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM/ERP systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience with contract management and invoicing systems
- Understanding of compliance and taxation processes
- Prior experience in a shared services or operations environment
