We&aposre a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we&aposre looking for a After Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team in Neihu District, Taipei City, Taiwan.

The After Sales Operations Coordinator plays a crucial supporting role in our international B2B after sales operations, ensuring our global customers receive prompt and efficient support for their spare part and product-related needs. You&aposll be the go-to person, working closely with international subsidiary after-sales teams, logistics, product management, and our manufacturing facility to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain product information in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment where our products are always evolving.

What you&aposll do

Order Processing & Progress Tracking

  • Accurately process spare part orders from our global subsidiaries for all of our brands. This includes meticulous detail verification and timely entry into our database.
  • Manage the database and track the progress of all orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
  • Actively solve problems related to orders and product issues that our overseas partners encounter, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain impeccably organized and accurate sales records across various platforms, including shared folders, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
  • Perform essential administrative duties such as data entry and maintaining data banks.
  • Maintain critical product lists, data, and information, adapting to our constantly evolving product lines and ensuring everything is up-to-date.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as the central point of contact, fostering seamless communication between our subsidiary after sales teams, logistics partners, and Product Management.
  • Provide crucial support to sales coordinators in resolving any spare part order challenges.
  • Cultivate close relationships with other departments, especially the product and sales teams, to ensure cohesive operations and information flow.

Customer Support & Operational Oversight

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide essential product information, and address basic service issues.
  • Handle complaints and expertly escalate complex concerns to PM, logistics, or sales managers when needed.
  • Place weekly spare part orders with our factory, and diligently track the progress of quotations, missing information, and order confirmations.

What you&aposll bring

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in an after sales, sales support, or coordination role within a B2B environment.
  • Solid expertise with SAP for order processing and data management is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional cross-departmental collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales, logistics, product management, and international teams in a multi-cultural setting.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented personality is crucial, especially when managing multiple tasks, complex international order information, and constantly changing product data.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing order and product issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with internal and international teams.
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and evolving environment.
