Job Scope:

Beauty Consultant

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.

• Provide a range of aesthetic treatments, including facial, body, skincare, slimming, hair removal, teeth whitening and other beauty treatments.

• Promote suitable treatments and products to customers based on their needs.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Schedule and manage customer appointments, including follow-ups and confirmations.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Beauty Therapist

• Promote and recommend the company's beauty services and products to customers.

• Conduct professional skin and body analysis and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and products.

• Perform a range of facial, body, slimming, hair removal, teeth whitening and other aesthetic treatments.

• Maintain high standards of treatment quality, customer service and professionalism.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage customer retention and repeat visits.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Basic skills or experience in facial analysis/ facial treatments/ hair removal and teeth whitening will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales/beautician

• Well-groomed, professional, good attitude and enjoy meeting people
