This role is located in New York, NY. Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years hands-on experience working with enterprise-grade content management systems (CMS), with a strong preference for experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). AEM certification a plus. Working knowledge of front-end web development (e.g., HTML, CSS) 2+ years of experience managing web transformations or redesigns. Enthusiasm for embracing AI in workflows, including using existing resources and creating new agents within our environment. Understanding of website analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to make recommendations/drive decisions. Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to website development. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices, including familiarity with accessibility standards and practices (e.g., WCAG) Strong project management skills and experience with related tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira)
