Main responsibilities:
. Analyze mechanical design realted customer requirement
. Develop mechanical concept according to customer requirement and Bosch internal requirement
. Apply product engineering method (e.g. DBRFM, FAM, FMEA, DFMA) during mechanical development phase
. Realization of concept in 3D-Model with Cre/O
. Initiate simulation activity via technical risk finding and ensure simulation fits to real application
. Propose/Define manufacturing flow
. Generate drawings and component specifications
. Perform technical discussion with supplier and ensure the component quality collaborated with purchasing and supplier
. Approve purchased parts for use in validation
. Support release of purchased parts for series
. Support line setup and sample build
Qualifications
Education:
- Master in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering or materials science
- Focus university is preferred
Working Experience:
- 5 years experience above
- Automotive experience
- Power electronics product experience
Knowledge/Skills:
- Skilled in 3D model and 2D drawing creation
- DRBFM
- Top-down modeling
- Die-casting part design and process
- FEA exeperience
