Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a talented and highly motivated UEFI/BIOS Engineer to join our Server Development Team. You will serve as the technical bridge between customer requirements and firmware execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Feature Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain UEFI/BIOS firmware features tailored to specific customer requirements and next-generation server architectures.
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key technical liaison. Work closely with customers, hardware engineers, and BMC teams to clarify specifications, define technical scopes, and co-develop solutions.
System Debugging & Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-level debugging for complex system issues.
Factory & NPI Support: Provide firmware troubleshooting and technical support during factory build events (NPI/MP) to resolve production-line issues and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
