Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the launch strategy of Bytedance China products in the information flow, docking with the media, and formulating launch strategies for different products based on business product characteristics and target user portraits 2. Accumulate methodology, pay attention to optimization points in the launch process, promote the optimization and upgrading of internal platform product construction and advertising platforms, and have the thinking and driving force to productize general capabilities 3. Actively explore market dynamics and product dynamics analysis, optimize channel strategies in a timely manner, and find new ways to increase user activity and new additions 4. Build information flow channel automated delivery capabilities to improve overall delivery efficiency and intelligence.
Qualifications
1. Applicants with a bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in information flow advertising are preferred, and experience in network services/e-commerce/tools/social networking industries is preferred 2. Have abstract thinking ability, are good at thinking and summarizing, have an innovative spirit, and can automate tedious and repetitive work 3. Clear logic, sensitive to data, strong judgment and ability to withstand stress 4. Love learning, be good at communication, have a sense of teamwork, and be able to help the team achieve common goals.
