Responsibilities
1. Responsible for optimizing the monetization efficiency of Pangolin Alliance advertising subdivision industries, such as: e-commerce, network services, education, finance, etc. 2. From the perspective of industry customers, vertically examine the difficult problems existing in each stage of the advertising delivery system, and optimize delivery strategies and model algorithms 3. Aiming at the differences in deep conversion links in various industries, optimize the deep behavior prediction model and bidding strategy under sparse sample conditions to improve the industry back-end effects for customers 4. Aiming at the problem of alliance traffic heterogeneity and crowd differences, adopt a data closed-loop solution of federated learning or private modeling to design and optimize crowd generalization algorithms to maximize the value of industry customers 5. In-depth analysis of industry placement issues, and provide solutions to long-term issues such as cold start, stability, and industry ecology.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent program development capabilities, and keen on integrating technology and product thinking 2. Have a comprehensive business vision and recommended advertising technology capabilities, be able to use machine learning to model business, and have solid basic knowledge of statistical learning and deep learning 3. Have a strong thirst for knowledge, have strong communication skills, and be willing to share ideas and knowledge.
