The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the supervisors, including schedule management, handling manuscripts and documents, etc.
Provide administrative support to the daily operations of the Acquisition & Clearance Division, such as handling incoming correspondence, filing documents, and ordering stationery
Maintain the filing system and establish filing procedures to ensure efficient document retrieval
Provide support for meetings, including venue reservations and setup, preparation of materials, papers, briefing notes, minutes, and documents, etc.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors courteously and professionally
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to meet the Authority's needs
Requirements:
Completed secondary education with secretarial training
3 to 4 years of relevant secretarial and administrative work experience
Good command of spoken and written English
Hands-on PC knowledge well-versed in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese word processing
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
