Key Responsibilities
HR & Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination by collecting data, checking basic accuracy, and liaising with external payroll vendors.
- Support statutory contribution processes (e.g., PF, ESIC, gratuity) by preparing documentation and following up under guidance.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in accordance with local requirements.
- Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, onboarding, and offboarding administration.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
- Provide administrative support to the regional HR team on HR programs and policy implementation.
Administration & Office Support
- Assist with daily office administration, including coordination with vendors, office supplies, and service providers.
- Act as a support contact for internal teams and external parties on routine administrative matters.
- Support coordination with banks, service providers, and government-related administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with travel bookings, expense claim collection, and basic office logistics.
- Help maintain administrative records, licenses, and contracts.
Finance & Accounting Support (Non-Accounting)
- Assist with invoice tracking, expense recording, and payment follow-up under supervision.
- Support bank-related administrative tasks, such as payment documentation and basic record checks.
- Coordinate with external accountants or finance teams by preparing and sharing required documents.
- Assist in cost tracking, budgeting support, and internal data consolidation (no financial statement responsibility).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, or a similar support role.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR systems.
- General awareness of local labor laws and HR practices.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and supportive.
- Exposure to recruitment coordination or recruitment marketing is a plus.
